Could someone please tell me how I activate my Goblin Squad title for having supported the PFO KS.

I was wondering about this as well - I couldn't tell if the rewards mentioned in he KS updates were only PFO related, or general.
*I was wondering when the goblin Squard icon would aplear, but I do vaguely remember something about it only appearin in PFO threads or something!?!?
*I was also wondering if CRB or River Kingdom PDF KS patronage rewards were available yet...
