What diseases are available?
Does it mimic the Contagion spell, having an immediate onset? Or use the original disease onsets? (Those are mostly measured in days.)

It isn't a real disease. It causes sickness when they attack you.
Doh! I missed the word "this" in "this disease". So, all it really does is give the sickened condition.
