91. Mass Grave Discovered
The Screams of the suffering continued to echo from the upper floors of the Asylum as Gregor dragged the latest corpse into the ice cellars. The remains of thousands had been stacked down here like wine bottles. "Shem said, did you see, the twenty thousand corpses, left by me, against the trunk of the hanging tree..." Gregor turned a corner into the second tunnel and found it had been blocked by a recent ceiling collapse. Gregor dropped the feet of his latest victim. This would have to do. Gregor turned back up the tunnel.
"And Shem said, Yes I saw, the twenty thousand dead or more, propped up against the tree, flowers to my beloved queen..."
DM Briefing: A city Asylum is killing its patients and concealing them in a mass grave. Twenty thousand dead. This is an opportunity for the PCs to adventure into the depths of a Asylum.

92. Mad Poet wanted
'Setting on fire -- smoke gives delight -- to a country fellow.' Captain Estrich read the singed Haiku again and then examined the letter. The survivors are certain a village Poet who is now missing is behind acts of Arson and murder.
"Sargent Veinin! How do you feel like a trip to the Mountains?"
DM Briefing: The PCs are sent to a small mountain Village in search of a Poet who burned down a few homes - leaving a haiku nailed to the door.

93. Snakes Inn
The Great serpent wrapped itself around the sleeping form and began to constrict. There was no chance for the Merchant to scream. Others poured through the small hole leaving behind the space between rooms.
Yasmina emerged from her bath to find her lover covered in Snakes.
Why did it have to be Snakes? Yasmina retrieved her sword.
DM Briefing: forty Pythons are loose in a large Inn in the heart of the City. The PCs get to deal with the infestation.

Wiki the Gnome pulled the leaver and the mechanical press duplicated the stolen documents right down to the royal seal and King's Signature. They would have ten thousand copies by morning. The Documents themselves would be in every Town in every Kingdom. Very soo the People would know what this King was up to.
DM Briefing: A Spy flees his kingdom with documents signed by the king authorizing spying on the kingdoms to the west - May of whom are allied to the Kingdom. He makes the contents of the documents available to the public - both within the Kingdom and in the Lands beyond.

95. Princess Assassinated
"Do you remember the Princess that fled the Kingdom? The one that Died ten years ago in some accident abroad in a horse draw coach with the wealthy merchant-son she was to marry?" The Old soldier coughed up blood into his Ale.
"It wasn't an accident. It was a Military operation. We eliminated an embarrassment to the Royal Family. The Orders came down from Above." The other Patrons sat silent, stunned at what they were now being told.

96. Treasure Hunt
'To my beloved family I depart this world empty handed though I have invested my wealth in the gardens where we gawked, by the Gate where we talked, and beneath the bridge where we walked.' Shem the Plunderer considered the description - there was only one bridge in this town.
DM Briefing: Before committing Suicide a citizen posts a notice declaring he has hidden his gold and silver in locations across the city leaving cryptic clues to it's location. Treasure hunters begin a search of the city.

97. Swamp sinks into Hole
Hodor paddled his canoe between the trees of the bayou mindful of the fact that hidden by the forest was an entire Kobold Clan. Movement came from a cluster of trees ahead and Hodor reached for his crossbow.
The Trees continued to move and then the movement became a downward motion and the trees vanished along with a large amount of water leaving Hodor on a Island. The Water of the swamp rushed from every direction to fill the hole leaving nothing but a very large clearing.
DM Briefing: Sections of a Swamp begin to sink into sinkholes. This results in ecological changes which force creatures from the swamp into the surrounding landscape.

Hathor watched the Sea Wall crumble under the force of a sudden wave. The Tidal Wave the spilled into the lowest alleys and drown the Market place where Fishermen sold their catch before inundating the local brothel that overlooked them.
"No!" Hathor ran to the aid of the Whores who were now struggling to swim.
