Let's see if we can come up with some cool items. Something like Holfo's walking stick granting a +10 base speed, freedom of movement and granting +2 favored terrain to whichever terrain its currently in.

Deadeye Flask: this flask fills itself with a mild liquor each morning. A single nip does nothing but the device contains enough for 3 long pulls (Standard action). Each steadies the nerves and clears the head, granting a +1 Competence bonus to ranged attacks for one minute.
