can someone tell me what software i can use to help pbp or live online play, time is not on my side for most face to face games. any help would be much appreciated. thanks

You're looking for Vitual Tablestop Software (VTTs). Check the Technology forum, lots of threads there with recommendations. Maptools, OpenRPG, Roll20, etc.
