Lol... reminds me of the Half-Black dragon Pyro Hydra we dealt with in our final 3.5 campaign...
not CR 0 ... but only a 8-9 i think, until you count the fact that it's IMMUNE TO ALL DAMAGE OF ANY KIND.
Our solution? planeshift it a couple times to get to the Tarrasque, which ate it.
(not that that killed it mind, it's immune to all damage including stomach acid, now its a permanent intestinal parasite)

lather rinse repeat the young, advanced, template on the tarasque, slap on half-fiend, swarm em and you get the in game equivalent of airborn super aides.
