Jonathan Choy did some awesome 3D maps for the Golden Serpent at GenCon. He shared a photo album with the PFS Online Collective and the pictures are wicked cool.

I finally asked his blessing to post a link to this community and he consented. He may comment on them soon, but I was too excited to wait any longer.

It's always gratifying to see cool stuff like this.

Hi

Saw this on another thread. Looks awesome.

Always a pleasure to play when on terrain like this. Really nice to see the GM make all this extra effort.

Hope it gets used a lot.

Thanks

I get to use it to run Golden Serpent at a local con in a few weeks. *grin*

I saw that. Unfortunately it was at the table I was supposed to GM at the next slot and he ran WAY long.

That looks great!

And here I was just glad it fit on my extra size battle mat.

Seeing it though really gets the creative juices flowing.

I'll own "long" but dispute "way long", let alone WAY long.

Wait, Golden Serpent ran long? I never would have seen that coming! </sarcasm>

(I mean that in a good way. It's got a lot of cool stuff in it.)

I was honored with the chance to sit the table some of those close up photos were taken at; and nothing makes a scenario run long (Golden Serpent or otherwise)than the PCs flubbing the first encounter and taking the game into... unusual space. :) (Good Idea, Bad Idea kinda bit me in the arse.)
