Interesting. Some of the humor reminds me of "Celebrity Jeopardy" from Saturday Night Light.
I don't think the huge real-picture bobbleheads on cartoon bodies works. Jib-Jab makes it work by blending it in to animation so it seems quasi-real.
What animation there is seems stiff. The effect comes off as just throwing up a still picture of a celebrities face when the impersonator speaks.
What I would do is get rid of the photograph faces. The whole thing should be done with a traditional animation look (Futurama, Venture Brothers, etc) There needs to be better flow and more action.
The impersonations need a little more work. Colbert doesn't sound right at all. Dana Carvey once said that the secret is not in imitating the voice but the personality. You do a decent job with Connery, Bush, and Schwarzenegger but you need to get into their character more.
The jokes have some nice ideas but the timing is a little off. Celebrity Jeopardy worked by being snappy and played against Trebek as the straight man. I don't think Colbert is really the right choice for this.

Definitely got a Celebrity Jeopardy vibe - especially since Sean Connery was a staple for that sketch back in the day. Not necessarily a bad thing, but might be something to bear in mind. That being said, the voices were all pretty good.
Colbert's lines had me laughing the most often (especially the crack about steroids being the leading cause of scottish women growing beards - that line in particular was gold), but each of the celebrities got me chuckling at least once too.
The other suggestions and the 3 notes you jotted down up above are good ideas to keep in mind. Wish you guys the best of luck and hope you have a lot of success with these!

We were aiming for a SNL - Celebrity Jeopardy feel, good to know we got that done well.
I know after we get the 4th episode up, we'll be toying with other styles; cartoon and 3D.
I do know that the next comedic series (after the 4th ep) will have some new faces, and a 007 of a host.
Provided we have enough of a viewer ship to warrant it.
Now I ask;
"Who do you look up to?"
"Hopefully you all get the reference."
