Howdy y'all. I got an email saying the order in the subject was about to ship. That email was on August 6th. Following the link provided for tracking gets me to a message saying there's no information available. It's a copy of Ultimate Equipment. Could you look into this? Thanks!


"order has been shipped" means that your credit card has been charged, and the pick list has been generated. The warehouse guys still have to pick it and box it and seal the box and put it in the pile of all the others. Then UPS-MI comes to get them.

The time between "order has been shipped" and UPS-MI actually getting to the Paizo warehouse and picking it up can be up to a week and then it takes some time to get the information into the UPS-MI tracking system.

Thanks for that info! As it is, it wasn't an order that had been shipped, but one that was about to ship.


Sorry "order has been shipped" == "order about to ship", ie. what I wrote still applies.

Lantern Lodge

The order has been "shipped" in our system. You may or may not see your tracking data show up until next week. During subscription runs we get the standard subscription shipments ready en masse and they are shipped out in big batches. At this point, we expect the last of the batches to go out early next week.

Due to a variety of complications (Gen Con, a large number of new releases for August and the 10th Anniversary Sale being some of the bigger ones) we are a running behind on shipments. Our warehouse is working as quickly and efficiently as possible to get orders out.
