Scenario for 2012:

A Peoples Republic

All across the region peasants - aided with the chaotic tech of Ratscum - begin a peoples revolution. Armies of the Nobility and wealthy are attacked by mobs of angry peasants. They make use of whatever technology they can get their hands on.
