So I am starting a PFS at my FLGS in two weeks. I am just curious what are good scenarios to run for a first time PFS. I was thinking of running the intro scenarios or we be goblins. Something to have fun and get them introduced into the world of PFS. Does anyone have suggestions as to what good first time scenarios may bring more interest to the table?
A side note we are playing during a MTG tournament and I am going to try to make us as loud and fun as possible to try and convert them if possible.

We Be Goblins would be a good kickoff event. It allows for some fun roleplaying and combat. Then afterwards or before the next event, you can sit down with them to create their own characters to play. You can then run them through the First Steps series. If they are already familiar with Pathfinder and just not PFS. You could go straight into First Steps. Either way should be a good way to go.

We Be Goblins! would be a fun, potentially noisy (very noisy) game, as your players get to play crazy evil goblins.
Remember that if you have them play We Be Goblins! first, they won't be able to play all of the First Step scenarios with the same character.
First Steps, IMO, would be a good way to introduce new players to PFS, as it helps learn the rules, and introduces all 10 faction leaders before requiring the players to have to decide which faction they want to join with this PC.
Master of the Fallen Fortress is another 4 hour Free RPG Day module, so short, somewhat amusing, no faction missions as noted, but one PP earned.
For actual scenarios, beyond the First Steps scenarios, the following is a short list of scenarios I have enjoyed playing and/or GMing:
0-5: Mists of Mwangi (Blackros Museum 1)
0-6: Black Waters (3.5E material, great if you can play spooky music during it, watching the PCs interact with some of the stuff in the scenario is fun & amusing)
2-13: Murder onthe Throaty Mermaid (RP heavy, may require GM changes to one of the NPCs, as her job is not something PG-13)
3-01: The Frostfur Captives (Great follow-up to We Be Goblins!, as the PCs have to escort a group of captured goblins from where they were caught to where they can be interrogated)
To run later:
1-35: Voice in the Void (Blackros Museum 2)
2-11: The Penumbral Accords (Blackros Museum 3)
Of course, after all three Blackros scenarios, there is a tendency for the players to threaten to destroy the museum themselves if they have to go back again. ;)
There are some multi-part series of scenarios (The Devil We Know, Shades of Ice, etc.) that can be fun, but take more than a one-game commitment.

Remember you can apply the chronicle from We Be Goblins to a level 2 character (one time). So you can do first steps, maybe one or two more scenarios to get folks used to the normal way PFS runs, then spring We Be Goblins on them. That or save it for when it's time to have people start a second character.
I second Mists of Mwangi. Although it is an early scenario, it has been updated to Pathfinder and it's great fun. It also introduces the iconic Blackros Museum.

Depends on the feel you want to give. It would be nice for players to be able to explore an area completely. If you pick a place and run several scenarios there they will get to know the place. For example run #51 and #52 of City of Strangers then hit them with The Godsmouth Heresy being sure to sprinkle breadcrumbs for the Pharasma Cathedral in the proceeding scenarios. Then move them to the area around Lake Encarthan with Crypt of the Everflame followed with Midnight Mauler then Masks of the Living God then City of Golden Death.
