Sorry if I'm being thick-

Rate the events 0-4 for each "time slot"? As in 0-4 for 8am to 1pm, then 0-4 for 1pm to 6pm?

Or by day?

Or throughout?

You'll rate each occurrence of each event separately, and you can give them the same rating or different ratings each time they appear, so as to best suit your own needs. (Maybe there's something you'd love to do on Friday, but can't do on Sunday, for example, so you could give it a 4 on Friday and a 0 on Sunday...)
