Flying mount prestige class(es)?

Does anyone know of flying mount related prestige classes? (Prefer WotC source material, since I'm likely to have it, but I'm willing to hear others.)

The only one I know of is the Windrider (3.0), from Masters of the Wild...

Looking through a list I found on Wikipedia, there are these:

Aglarondan Griffonrider--Unapproachable East (3.5)
Knight of the Flying Hunt--Champions of Valor (3.5)
Skylord--Book of Exalted Deeds (3.5)
Zhentarim Skymage--Lords of Darkness (3.0)

There may be more, but I spotted these based on the names.
