Currently GM'ing HoW - here's an opportunity for trust that will probably feel somewhat integral to the campaign:
After a few worried gravehands are seen fleeing from the Restlands, the PC's (likely) go to investigate what turn out to be undead. A number of bodies have been exhumed and a few gravehand-turned zombies are seen digging next to a pile of corpses. Only instead of digging at the corpses, they are stabbing at the bodies of exhumed prison guards (which the PC's see on closer inspection). These guards should probably be survivors of the Harrowstone fire and the prisoners should be executed villains before the tragedy - not sure if all the bodies were taken from the ruined prison after the disaster. This is basically an extension to a custom Event 4 - The Restless Dead.
After the fight the PC's exit the Restlands to find none other than Gibs Hephenius assembled (unarmed) with a half dozen of the townsfolk. Not fully aware of what's going on but under the subtle influence of the Splatter Man, Gibs is accusing the PC's of necromancy and is subconsciously aware of the mess of dead bodies the PCs have just left behind.
With the group is one of the town's councilmen and the PC's stand to gain or lose a significant amount of trust. It shouldn't be *too* hard for the PC's to come out of this on top, since Gibs' knowledge of the incident is quite suspect. Also, absent are any articles of necromancy and the signs of obvious struggle. Failure to redirect suspicion onto Gibs and the town will begin to suspect the PCs of necromancy (along with the late Lorrimor). For this reason, make sure your PC's can defeat all of the zombies in the graveyard unless you want them to automatically win their confrontation with Gibs by showing the animated cadavers still shambling about.
Additionally, you can use this event to cast further suspicion on Gibs in case the PC's have omitted investigating him up to this point (mine did). Experience in addition to Trust should be awarded for both the zombie fight and the confrontation with Gibs.
