I ordered an AP subscription last month to begin with Skull and Shackles. I listed the shipping address as Appaloosa. There was a previous order for the PF Tales subscription that the payment method had expired on. Due to this my AP didn't ship until I cancelled or changed the payment info on the Tales. After changing the Tales info it reverted the shipping address to my old address where I no longer live. According to the order history these items shipped on April 17th, but I have yet to receive them.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, upon reviewing your shipment history it does appear that your sleuthing is likely quite accurate. As you noted your order was shipped to your previous address, and at this time I have set up a replacement copy of both books to your sidecart to be shipped to you with your next subscription shipment. You should be able to confirm their pending status on your My Account page on the Paizo website. If your package does arrive through Mail Forwarding make sure to let me know at customer.service@paizo.com. Expect to see your books soon!
