Just got the shipment today (Thanks!), but it looks like on the GameMastery Encounter: The Liberation of Prince Thorgrim, I was sent the adventure only option. I had ordered and was charged for the set with adventure and minis. I'm guessing either an oversight, or are you out of stock on the minis?

It looks like we mistakenly did not put the miniatures in with your order when we were shipping it from our facility, you have my utmost apologies.
To ensure you see them in the near future I have set replacements to your sidecart to ship with your next subscription shipment. We still have them in stock, so rest assured that you'll be seeing them with your next monthly shipment.
