Anyone remember this different kind of time traveling movie?

I love that movie. It's probably one of my top 10 favorite movies of all time.

It's some kind of invisible barrier

OH. SO that's what an invisible barrier looks like.

A classic. Then again, I pretty much everythign from Gilliam. How about the movie Brazil?

One of my favourites...

Time Bandits

If I were creating the world I wouldn't mess about with butterflies and daffodils. I would have started with lasers, eight o'clock, Day One!

Liberty's Edge

The most fabulous object...in the world.

Brazil. Yay!

Boy - "But why do we need evil?"
Supreme Being - "I think it's something to do with free will"
Wow, you don't get philosophical dialogue like that often, and certainly not in a children's film. Young people should get more of this stuff. The book version of "The Princess Bride" by William Golding has it in spades and can seen as a primer for what to expect from life once you become an adult.

I own the DVD and watch it every now and then.

Anybody that wants to see a movie about a band of time traveling Dwarves and a humankid will enjoy this fantastic adventure movie.

Pansy, the problem, I must have fruit!

Damn, I haven't seen it in ages!

"The little one has it."
"The little one!"

Fantastic movie - probably going to watch it this weekend.

Cheers
Mark

"RETURN THE MAP!!!!"

"No! Don't touch it! It's evil!!"
*poof*

That line became a staple at our gaming table. Good times.

and Sean Connery ruled.......

Sovereign Court

"Return what you have stolen from me!!"

Remember my voice? I do trailers. All kinds of trailers. One day they'll put me in a film - the proper full-length job - until then I'm just stuck with this sort of stuff. "Go and see this," "don't miss that," "the most terrifying thing you ever saw is coming to baby-sit for you tonight."

Evil: Suddenly, I feel very, very good.
Robert: Oh, I'm sorry, Master.
Evil: No, it'll pass, it'll pass.

I'm sorry I killed you, Fidgit!

I just picked the Blue-Ray version of this up at Wally world for $8. I will be watching this sometime over the weekend.
