At a guess; Pathfinder and released 17 months or so ago...

If it's a "stealth prequel" I think it would be safe to assume it's a level 1 module,
but I could be wrong and it is one of a higher level.So a list of possible modules it could be;
Level 1 modules, 3.5 and PFRPG
Hollow's Last Hope (unlikely)
Into the Haunted Forest
Hangman's Noose
Master of the Fallen Fortress
The Godsmouth Heresy

I certainly don't know either, but you're right to include the disclaimer about high level adventures.
I've just redacted a long post about *my* guess. I don't want to jinx it.

If it is from the 1st level modules,
I would say the ones with the highest chance is either Hangman's Noose or The Godsmouth Heresy,but even the unlikely Hollow's Last Hope could be it given the amount of backstory and chance of polishing the Darkmoon Vale.
But I do admit that some of the higher level modules look like they could be the "stealth prequel," like The Demon Within.

Okay A-0, I'll bite. Three words for ya.

That is also a very good pick, as the possible module that James was refering to.
I I hope your right as it is a chance to flesh out the more northern parts of Golarion and I love cold arctic environments.(What, I'm Canadian and I love winter.)

.As a Dean myself, normally I would be reluctant to agree with someone calling himself "Smash the Dean" but I have to admit, his sounds like a good idea.
Don't you have to be French to support the Gunners these days?
