as said in the spellcasting section he just knows all the necromancy spells from the cleric and wizard spell-list (guess i could add that they get spells at the lowest level when they get available (like animate on 3rd like a cleric instead of 4th as a wizard)), describing it in this way means i don't need to update the spell-list for every book that comes out since they would still know all the necromancy spells from the cleric and wizard spell-list. i also changed the advanced learning to let them learn a little something else for utility
other than that you think its a fine conversion?
Yeah that is fine if you want a direct 3.5 export which is not bad. I think you should also add magic circle against evil.
edit: I need to reread the rules for how they get more undead.
