One of my players is a cleric of Pharasma. During Racing to Ruin, the PC daughter aid from his church asking one of the higher-up clergy members. Now the church of Pharasma isn't that big in Eldeer. I was thinking on either having this small branch of Pharasma succumb to the idea of fame and fortune (more the latter) requesting aid from one of the larger Pharasmin cells OR having this small cell of clerics team up with one of the 5 factions that exist currently in the story.
I'd love to hear any thoughts or ideas on how I could better utilize the church of Pharasma as an antagonist somehow wilst still somehow aiding their brother in the field (the PC). Thanks for any contributions you make!

I think your best bet is to have them send a good-sized delegation with one of the other five factions. Setting up the deep jungle expeditions and the logistics to keep them running for an extended period of time might be beyond even one of the larger church cells.
Pharasma's neutrality and interest in prophesies certainly makes her followers good candidates for almost any of the other factions. The Red Mantis probably wouldn't want another god's followers hanging out with them while they're searching for their own religious artifacts. But I'd say you could link a good size delegation with the Government, Aspis, Pirates or Pathfinders; whichever one the PCs want.
If you want the Pharasmites to play a more active roll in the expedition, call it a joint expedition. The Pirate/Pharasmite expedition or something. If the PCs want to talk to the head of the expedition, have them meet with both the church leader and the Pirate leader (as an example). You could do this all just for roleplaying purposes really.
Or optionally, maybe you want to give the joint Pharasmite camp an extra +1 or +2 to their Supply rolls to represent extra healing from the church members. Especially if you want to reward the PCs for the good forethought in getting their church to come along and help. Shrug.
Just my 2 cp.
