I'm sure it's just hiding on me but I've been looking for a while, clearly other folks have no issue finding it.

Below the product description, you should see two or more tabs, labeled "Product Reviews", "Product Discussion", etc.
In the product reviews tab, if the product's already been reviewed, you should see "Average product rating: **** (based on 10 reviews)".
Right below that it should say "Write a review of product name!" Click on "write a review".
