Dragon #310 - Errata?

I am looking for errata for dragon magazines in general. Today I am looking for #310. Specifically, the targetter variant fighter class, which specializes in ranged combat, does not seem to have spot as a class feature!?!? This seems in error, I need to cite proof that it is: errata, faq, note/post from article/class creator to said effect, etc. Can anyone help me with this?

I disagree. Traditionally, whenever asked about Dungeon or Dragon magazines, they will refer one to Paizo and refuse to answer. Also, they no longer answer questions about any 3rd edition content, regardless. Hence, I am asking here.
