Problem with mission briefings

Hey Scott, they look great, however some of the links don't work.
3-11 goes to 1-33,
3-01 and 3-07 both require permissions

But nice job on them.

I think I would have died and gone on to ... someplace nice if this ever happened to me. I still get told about a third of the time that "You can't take ten on Knowledge checks" even when I have ranks in it. I also get "You can't take ten on any skill you are untrained in" for a fair amount of the time. The concept of encountering a judge that EXPECTS me to T10... wow. At my last Con I was told by one judge "There isn't time, and I'm not going to let you Rules Lawyer my mod!" when I asked if I could T10 on a Kn-Local for a Gather Info roll during the mission briefing. I think I need to visit Canada just to play with you sir.
