Just bought SoPM, and I'm wondering if anyone has converted the ToM vestiges (and the extras from Dragon) to SoPM style?

Have you seen the book's web enhancements? They can be found here at the bottom of the page.

The "advice and errata" download fields a question about using Tome of Magic vestiges with Secrets of Pact Magic. It gives two answers, the first being to treat spirits and vestiges as interchangeable...but the second is to treat them as a different type of spirit, and then gives a feat to allow for binding both types (which is, needless to say, very cool).

It's no direct conversion, but hopefully it helps.
