Hello,
Is this campaign playable in the forgotten realms?
If yes, in what region do you place it?Haven't bought it yet and i want to know if its playable in FR.
Thanks
Predah
That is up to the GM and his imagination. As an example I put Kingmaker in Eberron. AoW was placed in Greyhawk, FR, and Eberron.
It will require some substituting of NPC's though, and it may require a fictional city or 2 to be created, but FR is possible.
As to where to place it, that might depend on who you ask. I know there is an FR splat book with ancient civilizations. Using one of them would help. Maybe the bonds are weakening, and the ________ are to finally break the seals instead of what the adventure says they are for.
There are lots of ways to do this. The key is how much you are willing to change parts of the adventure or FR.

i think they're doable to have in forgotten realms. have you considered the north east sea of fallen stars/eastern moonsea area (specifically damara, narfell, vaasa or impiltur. with the background of the witch king i think the adventures might fit better thematically. another option would be dalelands to south moonsea region or the tethyr/amn area, as they have a history of strife.
the adventures themselves are a bit different from each other and can easily be run alone.
