Hey,
This order has been pending for a while now. Is there something specific from my order that is holding this up? Is there any chance that we could move whatever is slowing this down back to my sidecart to ship later? Also, can we move the ready to ship stuff in my sidecart on to this so that stuff ships immediately?

I have moved the items from the order that were not ready for fulfillment to your sidecart. And I have moves all of the items from your sidecart that were ready to ship from the sidecart to this order and applied the anniversary promo code to this order.

Now that I'm looking at the order on my order history screen, it doesn't show up as having the Anniversary Promo applied. Did that go through?
I'm sorry about that the discount has been applied and your card has been refunded the amount the promo would have taken off of the total price. There was a technical error that took the promo off after I applied it the first time, so it honest to goodness broke when my back was turned.
