Minimum time to learn a class

The core classes have a chart, in the additional rules chapter, which tells how long it takes to learn each class. Is there a chart for the other classes from books such as the APG, and where is the gold that each class is supposed to start with

I would go

1d4=Oracle

1d6=summoner, cavalier,Magues , Inquister

2d6=witch, alchemist

I found the gold as soon as I asked the question. I thought I had made an edit. I was thinking 1d4 for the Oracle also which is the reason why I was asking. I will go with that.
