Dragonhide is an exception.
So, does exception mean "You can buy a dragonhide breastplate (cost 700 gp) when you have enough TPA to qualify to purchase that item, in this case 9 TPA", or "You can only buy a dragonhide breastplate if it appears on a chronicle sheet you've earned"? My reading of the PFS Guide is Option 1, but maybe that's just my misinterpretation...

It's option 1. You can also spend 2PA to get a dragonhide breastplate from your faction.

Excellent! I totally overlooked spending PA on a mundane item. My druid earned his TPA and bought a dragonhide agile breastplate, cost 1100 gp, instead, but nice to know this is an option for low level characters after only 1 or 2 scenarios. This should settle our rules discussion from Saturday, Qstor, thanks for agreeing to get an official ruling on it.
