How come that paizo is not selleing maps scaled to use with minuatures, i have seen thst wizards does that with some adventures.... And seeing that they sell map-folios with every avp, the next logical step would be to sell maps thst where scaled to use right away....

They do! They sell large flips maps that have both side printed on, and they also sell smaller sized map packs. these are packs of smaller map tiles. They are sold under the game mastery name brand. go check the online store here.

I love those maps. I buy those maps. Still, I would love to have the map folio stuff as battle maps for my games. I understand they may not be cost effective or as versatile as the current battlemaps but it would be very, very cool. there must be a relatively cheap way to reproduce these maps at the appropriate scale. Just upping the image and printing on my printer is only so-so, and costly in the long run. I have also tried using a digital projector and magnets to simulate the map use on a whiteboard (cumerbersome, but it was still 'perdy').

This has been discussed a few times on the boards over the years. Not only is it less "cost effective", it has been said to be cost prohibitive.

I believe at one time, the example of "Skeletons of Scarwall" was used, and that one adventure would require 180 letter-sized panels. It would be impossible to sell that at a reasonable price at any quality, let alone Paizo's usual standards.

The attempt at a solution was the licensed Worldworks Games terrain, but that has only produced 2 products during the Legacy of Fire days.
