I'm writing a D&D Gazetteer for a Nation of Gnomes and Dwarves

Its about a Dwarf/Gnome civilization. But they spend a thousand years living together. They are very like one another which is why they were able to get along...are there any thoughts on Gnome-Dwarf children?
