Hi,
I have now found out that Canada Post is going on strike as of June 2, 2011. I really don't want to cost anyone any time or money, so is there a way to either suspend shipping on my products (I'm still willing to pay for them) until after the strike subsides or ship some other way until the strike subsides?
Thanks

Thanks, I'll ask again tomorrow
We can suspend your subscription if needed. I would suggest holding off until they have actually gone on strike before moving to suspend the subscription. Suspending a subscription means that we won't ship you any of your subscription products. Since we aren't shipping, we cannot bill you. When you reactivate your subscriptions, we will put the items you missed into your sidecart which you will be able to choose if you want it shipped right away or with the next subscription shipment.
thanks

Thank you Sara. Right now it's iffy if they'll on strike this Friday, so I'll wait and see.
