Thats right I am looking for a odd miniature.
I am trying to find a mini of a dwarf or possibly human dual wielding crossbows , or perhaps holding one large crossbow with another on their back or hip or something.
I didn't see anything in reapers line, or Games workshop...
Ideally i would like it to be a dwarf dual wielding repeaters..

That's the kind of thing that's so very specific that it's unlikely to have the perfect mini for it.
If you have trouble finding something, I'd suggest doing something like this:
Get a figure such as this one. This one is great because his non-crossbow holding hand is open.
Then just get a extra crossbow from somewhere, like this weapons sprue, and glue it into his hand.
You could also glue the extra crossbow to a model's hip or back as you describe.

Also do a search on the Reaper site for "weapons" or "weapons pack" for more possibilities.
Maybe a little late, but I couldn't let this thread pass without mentioning my favorite mini of all time, recently used for my dwarven crossbow sniper. I remember so fondly looking at this guy through a magnifying glass in an old newsprint Wargames West catalog, hoping to one day base a character on him. Which I did!

He's super awesome, and even has a little flintlock pistol jammed in his belt. Maybe he'll work for what you need.
