Something I had been working on for personal use, it's a bit sloppy. However with 3.5 I missed the various monster classes. So I had been rebuilding a few of these to be -hopefully- fully pathfinder compatable. I'm looking for some constructive feed back and I do know atleast 2 are not OGL. Though I'm not looking to publish or profit from any of this so I do not know the legal issues. Though who knows, maybe if some of it's acceptable It might be good to see if I can submit it to maybe end up in a third party book.
Anyways if anyone would care to look over/test these. I'd be more than happy to get good or bad criticism.

Looking at Ghoul because I was working on something similar trying to reconcile the Ghoul into a class.
Skills should be Acrobatics, Climb, Perception, Stealth, Swim
Total stat modifiers should come out to Str +2, Dex +4, Int +2, Wis +4, Cha +4
1st HD would come to Str +1, Dex +2, Int +1, Wis +2, Cha +2
2nd HD would come to Str +2, Dex +4, Int +2, Wis +4, Cha +4
They get 2 claws (1d6 + str) and a bite (1d6 + str)
1st HD claws 1d4, bite 1d4
2nd HD claws 1d6, bite 1d6
Paralysis and Disease put wherever. The way you have it is probably fine.
The big issue I was having was the standard Undead Traits. At first level, that's a lot of stuff going for a character. Darkvision 60ft, Immunity to any mind influencing or physiology influencing effects. No eat, breath or sleep.
No matter what way I swing this though, it just doesn't look balanced with a PC class if spread over 2 levels like that.
However, the 8 levels that the Libris Mortis spread it over is definitely too weak of a progression. 5 levels to become a fully fledged 2HD ghoul?

Thank you and something I'll definitely try to adjust. One thing is most people look at level 20 to be end game. With any monster class you're generally forsaking the big bad level 20 abilities for the class. So there should be a bonus in the class that is even weight with what you would be losing later. Atleast that's how I see it myself.
