I'm working on a Orc Barbarian (original right?) for Carrion Crown.
The Idea is that his Orc was on the Professior's Payroll as a body guard (1st trait), and while out on a job, they where attack by a werewolf. He was bitten and was infected. He was cured of the disease, but a little too late, the Curse tainted his blood. He feels fine at first, but starts to show signs of lycantropy ( without the actualy Template) as I advance in lvl.
I'm thinking Brutal Pugilist/Savage Barbarian, with the Beast Totem rage powers to get Claw attacks. Either the Toothy trait for a bite attack, or the rage power. Focusing on raging, chargeing, and grabbling/ ripping people apart. Kinda like a Dire Tiger.
my concerns are how to by pass Magical DR at higher lvl, Ac, and what Feats/ rage powers will be needed.
Most of the rage powers only work while Raging, so I'll need something to attack with while not enraged.
Many thanks to any ideas given!

I would take Extra Rage early when it's most useful. With that, and a high Con, I doubt you'll ever have to worry about running out of rage after 4th or 5th level, you'll have far too many rounds of it, even multiple combats won't drain them all.
Power Attack goes without saying.
Raging Vitality for the Con boost and Furious Focus for your primary Power Attack are also good options.
As an orc, Keen Scent is huge, if you can spare the 13 Wisdom.
Going with natural attacks, I'd definitely say Multiattack is a necessity.
To get around DR, all you need is an Amulet of Mighty Fists so make acquiring one a priority.
The only other things I'd look for is possibly a ranged weapon if you can't close to melee, or the ability to get airborne (Winged Boots being the easiest way).

No need for multiattack, since claws and bites are at primary.
When you rage you throw your mwk weapon on the ground and use your natural attacks.
No reason to use a weapon unless you don't have your anger at the forefront.

Well, mechanically speaking, using a weapon and then natural attacks probably would deal more damage than just using natural attacks. Especially since a weapon can be enchanted far easier than an Amulet of Mighty Fists. However, from a flavor standpoint....
Using a weapon that you can get rid of when you rage is probably more flavor appropriate. Instead of a falchion though, may I recommend a spear? Not only is it a more primitive weapon, but a spear can be thrown, thus solving your ranged weapon problems (maybe carry a couple of them so you can attack at range more than once...or invest in the returning quality)
