Dual Channel Feat

Homebrew and House Rules

Something that we have been playing with is at 11th level you sack you feat and you get the ability to do a Dual Channel. For instance if you Channel positive you heal living and also harm undead. Along the same lines you may, if you have a Feats combining one of the following with your healing burst... Elemental Channel, Alignment Channel, and Turn Undead, it does not work with Channel Smite due to the fact your using your energy to make an attack and it is focused.

Let me know what you think of this.. it has worked out well in our campaigns

I like it. :)

Yep, i like it, still i wont charge you a feat for that, actually i just keep the channel as was in the Beta.-

Actually, it sounds EXACTLY like the beta.

Possibly why I allow it to be grandfathered in at my table.

What's about making it a class ability? Maybe at Level 10. This will give the cleric a little nice cap stone during the level up process.

I like the idea of keeping it as a feat anytime after 11th lvl that way if you choose not to take it it then you dont need to. i have found that it has come in very handy though and it was a really nice way of bringing the beta bac and by 11th lvl the power curve of it is right up there with what a Wizard/Sorc or druid can do.

I never saw an issue with this ability, actually if you think it for a sec. how can you produce a burst of "positive energy" that harms undead, but do not heals or think it backwards, how can you produce a burst of positive energy that heals but do not harm undead.

I mean, it was just changed ´cause of the "cleric hate" that came back from 3.5 not really because it is game breaking.-

Sure, you can drop it at lvl 10 or 11 if you think that fits your game, its your cal after all. For me any1 that get channel does harm/heal from the same lvl that they get the ability.-

Can I get some cleric hate linkage please?
