So, we're moving our desks soon, because they're going to renovate our area. Last week, in a completely unrelated event, they had a crane hoisting new equipment onto the roof of our building. My co-worker jokingly told me that was my new cage. I told him fine. I'd just sit in there, acting like a chimpanzee and throwing my poop at people.
Some people laughed.
Did they clear the lift path before flying the load?
EDIT: O_o odd ToP

Well, the ear thing turned out to be not so bad. That channel between the sinuses and ear canal was so clogged by this cold it contributed to a negative pressure effect. This, in turn, caused the eardrum to flex inward and the intense pain sensation.
Or something like that.
But he gave me a steroid to help open up my airways. So there's that.

Cool; at least it wasn't a ruptured ear drum.

Wiat a minute I did not jump on here to wine and moan. I need to make a 700 pt champions character and need ideas. Gaming Gaming that was my purpose.
Someone give me a good idea and character name STAT
I ended up making a 700 pt version of Superman(boy) whose powers are based on Tactile Telekinesis. I ended up running the game, despite the fact that my wife had just walked out on me. So I have yet to play him. However he does have the most Strength in the game. While the other two brick like characters both went with 100 str's I elected to have 80 and 80 only usable to determine casual str. He He He entangles?!?! Pssh I laugh at your puny entangles. Grab maneuver, yeah right buddy you better think again. Oh think your going to get away from me do you, My TK might be only 80 str and no range but it affects all of the target I can pick up a building buddy and drop it on your head.

Ooooh......
The Octomom.
She squirts out a little army of fetus sized attack.....fetuses; they're not helpless; they have shark teeth and can run, or jump around maybe.
Maybe even guns.
And pouches.
I can't remember the name but one villain in a game long ago had I kid you not, belative baby armor. Shot him and he looses a piece of armor and you loose one of his hostages.

Which sadly, may be the closest thing to an athletic achievement I've managed since I was 17 or 18 and tested myself against some sort of world-record time on an exercise-bike at a Danish museum (how far can you go in the time the world-record holder does one kilometer in a velodrom).
I led for by 50 meters at the 600 meter mark - and then my body remembered it was 30+ degrees in the room and I hadn't had a drink in several hours and by the time the record-time indicator had made it to 1000 meters I was at the 700 meter mark...

Supposed to go to the next session of my Pathfinder FR game tonight, but I'm hestitating. Last week, we didn't finish up until just after midnight. Plus, the weather is supposed to be crappy and the DM is hosting - his house is further out than everyone elses and I've never driven their without someone who didn't already know where it was. Apparently, if you try to GPS your way there, it puts you about 100 yards away.

Aberzombie's Really Grim Fairy Tales:
The Difficult Choice
Once upon a time, a kingdom fell under a terrible curse cast by an evil wizard named Gerthion. The king consulted all his wise men and counselors, and they determined the only way to break the curse was to find the fabled Heart of Midnight - a magical amulet that could overcome any other power.
So the king sent his bravest knight, Sir Dunwar, in quest for The Heart. After many trials and tribulations, the warrior bested the final obstacle and laid hands on the artifact.
Just then, his enemy Gerthion appeared in a cloud of smoke. The wizard had captured the knight's true love, the Lady Evelyn, and was holding her hostage. He gave the knight a choice: watch his love die, or surrender the Heart to him.
Unfortunately for Gerthion, the Heart wasn't exactly a nice artifact. It filled Sir Dunwar's mind with thoughts of power and immortality. The knight then used it's power to vaporize Gerthion and corrupt the kind Lady Evelyn. Together, the pair then returned to their kingdom at the head of an army, laying waste to all in their path and conquering their former home as the basis for a future empire. Soon, all the lands fell under their sway.
The End.
