Things is ok here. Apparently not as busy as you. Seen X-Men? Good stuff. Imagine that, an X-Men film where Wolverine ISN'T the main character!
I now have a card that lets me go to the local movie theater (walking distance from my house) without paying. Only £16 / month, which means that if I see two films a month, I've already payed for the card.
I did see X-Men, and I really enjoyed it. I'm really excited about Super 8 this weekend. Theater card sounds great, I'd be at the theater all the damned time... I love going to the movies.

At least for me, opiates seem to only be good in the short term. In the long term: headaches, dizziness, nausea. And the only thing they could treat was the nausea. Yay! Am I officially an old person now?

They got so amazingly big and fat in Jersey. I always wondered why we didn't skin 'em, eat 'em, and wrap ourselves in furs. Maybe they don't taste good?
I've heard they are greasy, gamey, stringy, and chock-full of parasites. Guess that's why they look so complacent sitting in the middle of the field scarfing grass. Nobody wants to get close.
P.S. - Oh, and they have BO and halitosis and belch a lot.

I'd say that most of us are stranger.
At least, stranger than most...

That's the line-man who declared the wembley-goal a goal, which it was not, no sir, not over the line, no goal!!!!!There's even a bronze statue of him, unveiled by Geoff Hurst
allegedly his last words before he passed away where "i'm still sure it was over the line" - which it was not
really not
no sir, no goal
I quote Wikipedia:
A 1996 study by Ian Reid and Andrew Zisserman (University of Oxford) came to the conclusion that the ball was at least 6 cms away from being a goal.
The key word is Oxford, as in English Universaty, not a German one :-P

The Anti-Wembley-Goal last year on the other hand - clearly not over the line :-P

There comes Fenris´ twin
His jaws are open wide
The serpent rises from the waves
Jormungandr twists and turns
Mighty in his wrath
The eyes are full of primal hate
Thor! Odin's son
Protector of mankind

Hey waytaminut.... were any of you at paizocon last year?!?!? We may have met!
Taig! Now I'm really sad I didn't go this year.... next year, I suppose, next year....
I've been at the previous 2 PaizoCons. Sorry I missed you last year. I am a terrible shot, so I shouldn't be surprised.

What games were you in? I did Paranoia, Rise of the Fellnight Queen, and a bunch of Society Games. I was a dwarf Druid named Berek Ufflegoaf with a badger named Rutherford.

I ran two Society games and attended a lot of seminars.
I would have remembered a badger animal companion. :)
Also, Moorluck did not get his revenge he wanted for Dexter Bates because of two late additions to one of my tables. :P

I live in Alpharetta. If you ever make it to the area, let's get together.

Not Mairkurion. It was for his evil doppleganger, Mairijuakurion.
Edit: And as a consolation, maybe taig.
Darn color-blindness! I thought it was a green button.

This might help: In Amadeus, I think it was one of the pieces with the Vaudevillian magical horse. It was slow and lyrical, and the audience started joining in. Maybe a midget knight started it?
