Where in SoCal? I was in LA for a year.

Sounds like my niece (Ebon's daughter), except it's "Mine?" or "Give!" or of course "Mom!" in her case.

She tends to be talkative enough to be heard when we're on Skype. =)

She also seems to really like the computer mouse.
Is she still in the "everything goes straight to the mouth" phase?

She didn't (or hasn't) hit that phase. Everything must be examined by touch and sight. THEN she MIGHT put it in her mouth if she deems it worthy.

Scarab Sages

Good evening to all my FAWTLY brethren! Had fun after dinner tonight when my brother and sister-in-law came over with their kids to play with Charlie.

Tuckered my little dude out. He didn't give us much trouble going to bed, even after taking an almost 2 hour nap today.

I got a message from a corp friend that there was some mess up with my application and it got assigned to different project than intended. Due to this (or more probably due to some straightening done by that friend) they are supposed to call me again, this time processing my application for the right project.

Hey all, doing truly boring video game stuff. Hope all is well.

Another candidate for best music video ever.

I thought I would have calmed down by now, but I'm still angry due to that one guy and his shenanigans. Now I'm just thinking about what I can do about it. One of the other players was rather baffled by the guy's reluctance to even compromise, but he insisted that I didn't let the bad blood turn our campaign sour. While I certainly wouldn't let that happen, I still want this resolved one way or another.

Woke up with hurting back. *sigh*

Apparently, because I'm an engineer, some of my neighbors think I'm the perfect person to ask why certain parts of their lawns keep dying.

Tomorrow the wife has an appointment for another ultrasound! This one will be more in depth than the one last week, so hopefully we'll find out what the sex of the new baby is.

Anyway, that's enough for now.

Interview tomorrow! Not quite what I had in mind, but it'd help me out in the long run.

Lamontia and I are in the LBC, just a bit south of L.A.

Sovereign Court

I was there at space city con. I ran 5 games. I wish, wish, wish, wish, wish I'd been able to GM for Jim Butcher.

That would be worth all five stars on my PFS GM badge. Forevah.

Had a great time at GenCon. Went out to dinner with both Taig and his daughter, and Tordek and his family. I caught a bunch of Paizo seminars and found out about a bunch of cool stuff that Paizo is working on especially Numeria. I meet Thursty, Mikaze, Wyvern, The Jade, Lou, Kilrex, and more. We went to the Ennies on Friday night, just to check it out. Talked to Wolfgang Baur, Brandon Hodge, Neil Spicer, and of course PMG and SM. Wyvern and I ended up going with Brandon to the PFS Special after so we saw the madness that was that room. Then we headed to Scotty's and ended up following Brandon, Erik Mona, and Mark Moreland into the Paizo after party, which was a bit awkward (like are we supposed to be here?). Adam waved us in and we ended up drinking and chatting with the Paizo guys into the morning.

Cool!

AWESOME!!!!!

Tell everyone I said "hello".

No really put the air quotes in there. I want them to know it's really me saying hello. Like literally.

Silver Crusade

Hmm. Paizo is still blocked.

Actually when I met Mikaze we were talking about everyone thinking he was a woman, and he mentioned you not being a drow, and I said "nope he is a black man, mostly seen with panties on his head". ;)

Wow, Kajehase... you guys pay nearly 57% in income tax?!

That's like... third only to Denmark and Chad.

we just came back from info evening at birth clinic, we where a bit early, most women where 6. ot 7. month
I got a brochure "Becoming a Father - I'm In ! "
we got a ton of paperwork forms for registration at clininc and baby registration and took a look at the labor room.

next step is finding a midwife for preperation seminars and mandatory after birth coaching

That sounds really complicated.

Midwives tend to be associated with home birth here. Is home birthing legal in Germany?
