So, I know that some of these are out of print, but I'm curious as to how hard it would be to pull together a full set of them.
Has anyone tried? How was your luck?
I know I saw a full set for sale from Dice Bag comics in Duncan at Gotta Con in Victoria this weekend, they wanted $140+ for the whole bundle.

$140 for the bundle would be a pretty sweet deal. Saves you the time and trouble of tracking down the individual pieces, and it may well be cheaper, too.
A couple of weeks ago I put together a full set of RotRL in hard copy, prioritizing speed and convenience over price (i.e., I was willing to pay whatever was the cheapest price for what I could find within an hour of calling game stores and searching online).
Working that way, it's quick and easy but fairly expensive.
Burnt Offerings and Skinsaw Murders I already had from a while ago. Since then, hard copies of Burnt Offerings have gotten pretty expensive (you'll find lots of listings that ask $100+ for a mint-condition copy. I'm sure you can find it for less than that, but since I already had that one, I didn't really look).
Hook Mountain Massacre was the hardest one to find on my list and the most expensive after Burnt Offerings. I ended up paying about $48 for a secondhand copy sold by a Goodwill store in California. It was advertised as 'good' condition but turned out to be pretty much mint (not that it's going to stay that way in my hands...).
Fortress of the Stone Giants was still available at my FLGS. Paid list price.
Sins of the Saviors was available from a secondhand dealer at list price.
Spires of Xin-Shalast is still in print and was available from Amazon at less than list price, so I bought it there.

(Hey, I was at GottaCon. I was even running Pathfinder. Do I know you, TheeGravedigger? My name's Dale Friesen.)
I think that at this point it might be better to just buy the pdfs and get them printed and bound. Not only do you have a nice copy in as many volumes as you like, but you also have soft copies for use in modifying stat blocks or printing maps or what-have-you.

I had originally gotten my copies through my subscription, but the originals got lost in a house fire, rather than try to reacquire them at astronomical price since I had PDFs already I had them printed all 6 volumes in one bound book at FedEx Kinkos, cost me $56. Bound all in one volume makes it fairly easy, and with the plastic cover and comb binding it should hold up for a good long time.
While buying the PDFs and then having them printed would cost you a bit more, it'll likely run you less than trying to acquire them all in hardcopy (plus should you need to you can print extra of relevant pages should you need to)
