lol yeah, my bad^^

Kyren:

CPA=Current prestige Award, this means the numer of prestige points that you have in your pool ready to be spent.

TPA=Total prestige Award: All your points sum up, and while you sometimes spent points to gain ressources, they always remain and rather express your standing within the organisation.

When you use Prestige Awards to gain ressources the points are only deducted off your CPA.

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

woohoo, bought my 120th Pathinder book today :)

Clever & Charming Halfling Sorcerer 7 (hp: 53/53, AC 21, T 17, FF 18) Spells: 1st: 8/8, 2nd:8/8, 3rd: 5/5

Does this include adventure paths, supplements, and core rulebooks? Do you own everything they have produced?

Just wanted to give y'all a heads-up. I've been thinking, and reading some fo my earlier posts. It occurs to me that I'm definitely NOT playing Vaughn the way I feel I should be. He doesn't talk like a street punk.
I'mg oign to make an effort to change this, so if you notice a difference in the flavor of my posts, that's the reason.

please cut me a little slack, though, as I'm not very street-wise and don't know how street rats really talk/act. :-)

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

@ Vaughn, I don't know that either, so you will concince me anyway :)

@ Kyren: Everything Amazon Germany is able to deliver by now^^ (That's evertyhing until Faiths of Purity and Rule of Fear).

What sort of Street Rat?

American style, Brit style, Italian, East Euro?

If you give me a sort of frame of reference I can suggest a few :)

I'm personally more in favour lf the English flavour, and the good Australian style :)

I'd probalby be best at the English flavor, but is that too overdone? "wooa, bloimey! At'sabitta binnis, innit guvna?"

Male Elf Druid 7 HP:64/64, - AC: 18/T:14/FF:14 - Perception: +15(Low Light) F: +5/R: +6/W: +8 - CMB: +10 - CMD: 23, Speed:30ft, Init: +6

Well the cockney gangster 'Avenues and Alleyways' type is a little overdone sure, but thats East End or Essex Boys style. Similarly the 'business innit?' has become more the hallmark of the black yoof culture.

I can practically guarantee that Ronnie and Reggie Kray were a little more cultured :P

You might take some cues from Daniel Craig in Layer Cake for example, or even Ian McShane in Sexy Beast. You might even extend it out a little and go for more menace and think about Tom Wilkinsons role in Rock'n'Rolla, or even taht of Mark as 'Archy' his protector.

So its a pretty diverse tapestry, and doesn't ALL need to be sourced from Snatch (or Lock Stock) although those are two of the best 'Geezer' films.

I think the point (especially in an pbp RPG) is to not so much take all the cockney rhyming slang, but to pick up on more the theme - for my Rogue Thug in DMZ's other PBP I have molded more on the 'well mannered gentleman minder' type, loosely molded on the English style, but with enough of his own flavour... I guess I'm still building him up, but you can look up Harry - he's brutal, but has good 'wisdom' - even if he is firmly cemented into the 'social class' structure.

:)

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

Harry is just a great character, after five posts I already had a strong impression of him and it really showed that he has depths and is still very entertaining^^

@Shifty: I noticed all of your characters have a pet, coincidence?

Agreed. I've been following the RotRL campaign, seeing as I plan on joining before too long, and Harry is an amazing character :P

Thanks . . . I shall study this deeply . . .

I 'tend' to have characters with a 'pet' or companion, although not exclusively.

Harry has his dog
Victoria has her nake
Alcheringa has his great cat

That said my other two fantasy pbp's they dont...
Winnter has just himsel
Aurichalcum is a dragon though, so he has 5 pets he calls a 'party'.

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

heh, the Aurichalcum pbp is going quite so, doesn't it?
From time to time I take a look at it, but besides Auri, the party is rather quiet. Yet the dragon is really cool.

Yeah I'd have certainly been happier with a fast pace, I suspect half the players have quit, but when I said 'lets get some new ones' they all came back for five minutes... wish they'd make up their minds :(

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

How do you feel about a common ooc thread for all my PBPs? Would make some things easier and coulb be more communicative.

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

I received a message from Drayen:

He apologized for leaving us without previous notification (and gave me reasons for his behaviour). Besides that he wished us alot of fun, luck and the obvious rest^^

Oh and he gave his ok for Alexite becoming a villain (as if he ever was something else :))

LOL @ 'Becoming'.

Anyhow, he was fun, was a shame he left :)

I didn't respond in any of the other threads, but yeah I wouldn't mind one. Would all of the other individual threads become obsolete, or would we have 1 ooc thread specific to each game and 1 common thread for all of them?

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

I'd rather tend to make all others obsolete, what do you think?

Clever & Charming Halfling Sorcerer 7 (hp: 53/53, AC 21, T 17, FF 18) Spells: 1st: 8/8, 2nd:8/8, 3rd: 5/5

I am still thinking about it. There are certainly pros and cons.

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

@ Kyren, your last post was just hilarious, great stuff, lol!

Clever & Charming Halfling Sorcerer 7 (hp: 53/53, AC 21, T 17, FF 18) Spells: 1st: 8/8, 2nd:8/8, 3rd: 5/5

Thanks! Kyren is a refreshing character to write posts for. I am having a great time with him. I love this adventure and all the things he ends up doing! Thanks again for the exciting story! You have really helped me bring this character to life!

Male Halfling Summoner 4

I just want to say sorry if I've seemed a little quiet lately, I just moved to a new city and I'm trying to find a summer job. Once I get into the swing of things, I'll be on a normal posting schedule again.

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

No problem Kirk, looking forward to reading more of you once you've settled down :)

Zyren, if one OOC thread would be easier for you, then by all means do it! Just tell me which one it is to be?

Divine Gamemaster of the Abyss and below...

Common OOC room, now under: Campfire
