Hello, I have a question about wild shape.
Add the forms listed in dinosaur form to your wild shape list.
One or more unarmed melee attacks specific to the battle form you choose, which are the only attacks you can use. You're trained with them. Your attack modifier is +16, and your damage bonus is +9. These attacks are Strength based (for the purpose of the enfeebled condition, for example). If your unarmed attack modifier is higher, you can use it instead.
I suppose that it's only the listed abilities with the chosen form in the following description :
Tyrannosaurus Speed 30 feet; Melee Single Action jaws (deadly, reach 10 feet), Damage 1d12 piercing; Melee Single Action tail (reach 10 feet), Damage 1d10 bludgeoning.
Is it not possible to obtain fling, pin prey, swallow hole, trample ?
In Bestiary :
Melee Single Action jaws +22 [+17/+12] (deadly 1d12, reach 20 feet), Damage 2d12+12 piercing plus Grab
Melee Single Action foot +22 [+17/+12] (reach 15 feet), Damage 2d10+12 bludgeoning
Don't a character obtain the grab with the jaws ?
I don't understand because with the dinosaur form, it's a tail and in Bestiary, it's the foot.
Heightened (7th) Your battle form is Gargantuan and your attacks have 20-foot reach, or 25-foot reach if they started with 15-foot reach. You instead gain AC = 21 + your level, 25 temporary HP, an attack modifier of +25, a damage bonus of +15, double the damage dice, and Athletics +25.
With evolution of the category size, do the damage base evolue to 2d12 instead 1d12 for the jaws, 2d10 instead 1d10 for the tail/foot ?
Is it possible to expand the list of dinosaur or other creature to take the shape ?
Thanks for your future answer.

One does not reference the Bestiary at all re: Wild Shape. The stats listed in the spell(s) are the only ones gained, and yes, they can be different than the base creature's or one's expectations.
So yes, it's not possible to obtain Fling, Pin Prey, etc.
Category size has no hidden increases (unlike in PF1).
Any increase in damage comes listed, and in the instance cited yes, the damage dice double, i.e. from 1dX to 2dX (and the damage bonus changes to +15). Some options (w/ smaller dice) begin with 2dX and go to 4dX.
There is currently no way I'm aware of to expand the list of dinosaurs outside of requests to one's GM. I doubt there will be expanded options later unless there's some dinosaur focused archetype or campaign.

The big thing to understand about wildshape spells in PF2, and this is different from earlier editions, is that they set your stats directly to a "competitive" level. A druid turning into a T-rex already has level-appropriate combat stats. That's why there are so few ways to buff it further, because you're already where you should be in terms of game balance.
