Seeking Pathfinder conversion advice

I know RPGenius.com has some decent stuff on Pathfinder but not much has been added to it of late and not much at all for the latter chapters which I am on. (Chapter 8). I am curious as to how people are handling the conversions for Pathfinder from 3.5 for SCAP.

(Not sure how to add the spoiler alert tag and hide things but:

***SPOILER ALERT BELOW***

In particular I am looking for what I should use for Demodands and the Half Iron Golem/Half Orc??

Also if anyone wants to some help on converting to Pathfinder I am would be MORE then willing to help if I am able to.

Thanks!!

I would just do a straight conversion. For the golem/orc I would find out what it's CR is and try to make something similar in PF. One thing I noticed in AoW is that some of the monsters are under CR'd. I have the SCAP book, but I have not checked for it. If the monsters are harder than they are supposed to be then I would keep them more difficult than normal after the conversion. I want to run SCAP one day, but the conversion take time. What I did for AoW was to convert the important enemies first(bosses), and then do the minions if I had time.

Here is how to do a spoiler tag: Don't include the ".

["spoiler"=Movie plot spoiler]This is a spoiler, such as revealing who really did frame Roger Rabbit.["/spoiler"]

You will get

Movie plot spoiler:
This is a spoiler, such as revealing who really did frame Roger Rabbit.

I particularly enjoy converting bosses. I will do a boss if you let me know what books you use as a DM. I am running my own game so my help will be limited, however I don't mind trying the chapter nine boss first.
