Reaper's Figure Finder brought up a lot of promising results for "Human male turban." I especially like this one. Most of the figures have scimitars or khopeshes but most of them also look like they can be clipped off and replaced with a weapon of choice pretty easily.
Assuming you want a male half orc, this guy looks good, with the pouches and everything. The search I ran was for male half-orc leather (I realize alchemists don't always wear leather but I find that suits the "look" well).

I always dug the Valenar Commander from WoTC's prepainted line.

Alchemist minis are tough to find. I used This Guy but my GM is working with me on the gun thing. I figure the little gun is a bomb launcher (just pure flavor, never enters into the game) and the big one is a gun his father gave him but was broken from go.

As your profile says you're in Scotland, have you looked at the minis from Wargames Foundry? They're in the UK. I have several Arabic/Persian minis from them, but I can't remember the range number. And for your alchemist, I use a Holy Zealot mini from Privateer Press' Menoth Faction from the WarMachine game for my alchemist in Josh's game. There are several poses, and since they all have masks on, you could use them for any Medium race:

Note that the two minis in the "Menoth Zealots Blister" are also in the "Menoth Zealots Box Set." So don't buy both unless you want dupes.
