Yo,
User Northron and I are getting organized play... uh... organized in Edmonton, AB, Canada.
We're aiming to start meeting on the second Saturday of every month, starting at about 12:30pm and running through two scenarios with a meal break between.
The first such meeting is scheduled for Saturday November 13th at Happy Harbor Comics, downtown.
We currently have about a dozen interested players and two GM's - so this is a rallying call for Edmonton-area players and game masters both. The more the merrier.
Though we REALLY need a few more GM's. Ideally we can switch things up so whomever is running a session during the first part of the day can switch off and play in the second.
If you're comfortable putting your e-mail addy on the boards, I can add you my little mailing list - otherwise I'll monitor this thread, and try to answer any questions interested folks might have.

I could be conned into helping with this. Some of my Kingmaker players (*cough* Larcifer) are having trouble scheduling into the campaign. ;)

That's cool. I expect we'll probably pick up with the season 2 stuff, and we can try to finagle it so you're not playing in a session you've already done.

Also, I'm considering getting a session or two going at Pure Speculation 2010, an Edmonton-based nerd festival I'm on the planning committee for.

Well I am planning to show up for Pure Spec... will check out the website in a bit.
Okay, so it looks like there will NOT be any organized play at Pure Spec, but I will do some demo sessions with some pre-gens - try to drum up some more interest in organized play.
The November weekend is still going ahead!
