I entered two new PFS Game Days at Tower Games in Lawrenceville. I search within 100 miles of my zipcode and all my other PFS Game Days show up but the two new ones do not. Can someone in IT see if they can get these two to show up in the search and try to fix it before I enter Nov and Dec dates for Tower Games please?

I am not Paizo IT (I don't even play one on TV) but I tried finding your game using the Zip Code function....it was a no go.

I tried a search using the address of Tower Games and got all of your listings and more.

The search page works fine for locating events in my area by zip code. Must be the pugwampis in the server room...

Yep, just wierd.

It's either never worked for me, or there aren't any pathfinder society games in the Los Angeles area that are in the system (find that hard to believe)

It's still acting strange for me.

My home game (which I advertise only because it works) is listed, whereas my scheduled monthly open event is not. Both are set to public, and both are within 20 miles of each other, which makes the whole thing weird.

I just checked this morning and am able to see two events in our area now. Yay!

We're keeping an eye on this issue. It seems intermittent.

Hey Josh,

I just checked again. My Richfield, MN event still is the only one that shows up. My Roseville, MN one doesn't.

Scarab Sages

I am having the same problem. I have a public game scheduled for April, but a zipcode search finds nothing within a 50 mile radius.

Please resolve. I am the only coordinator in the Boise area and several people have contacted me asking why i did not post my first event. I referred them to my thread in the forums and got, "we do not troll forums." I appropriately chastised them to "troll" these forums as there is much, much more than event postings to be found here. however the issue remains. Reliable event posting would help a lot. I applaud the great work and know you all are working hard to resolve the issue as it is of more benefit to your marketing than my game planning :).

Also remember that this is but one tool in your box, and as a few of your players mentioned they don't even bother to use it :)

oh i agree. I use the poster/sign up sheets. email and soon a web based group. yeah I am marketing a lot of different ways. but I also want the nice nifty thing they have provided too. I am just greedy that way :)

Your event did not have a zip code or latitude/longitude attached. I have added a zip code and it now displays in search results.

Should we get the lat/long for our events and add those in manually when registering? I do not mind doing that if I know ahead of time I need to.

I think in this case it's an either/or and was a neither, not a bug. =)

This has always been an issue for me. The search event has never picked up my games. (most current #5057) Ive tried either/or on the long/lat and zip code, and both, doesnt work out.

All that was correct for your event, however your date listed was for 3/5/2010 :)

I fixed that and now it's coming up in the search results!
