Trouble applying store credit?

I'm having trouble applying store credit to an order. It accepts the number with no error but on the next screen it doesn't apply it to the order.

One of the three items is...I'll remove it and try again

In my case no, I ordered a gift certificate and tried applying credit and it wouldn't allow me. It may be a gift cert only thing but then Gear said he was having similar issues.

Considering I was trying to transfer my credit to Gear when the problem happened, your solution won't work.

Looks like the removal of the physical item still left traces of shipping requirements and the order kept trying to do things it shouldn't.

It should be all resolved at this point.
