The Light decided to create their own world of Celestial beings. It was beautiful and perfect. There was no sickness, hurt, or death. Everything was in perfect harmony.

Order, Darkness, and Chaos created their own worlds, apart from each other. The Darkness hated the Light World, so they created a vast armada of black ships, and they attacked the Light World. The war lasted for an age, and in the end...

Light1d20 ⇒ 6
Darkness1d20 ⇒ 1

The Light won! They fought off the armanda from the Dark World. Most of the Black Ships were destroyed. Only a handful managed to escape back to their grim world.

On the other side of creation the worlds of Chaos and Order, which had moved close to each other, went to war. Chaos sent a vast fleet of unorganized ships, verus a smaller, but far more disciplined Lawful armada. In the end....

Law1d20 ⇒ 17
Chaos1d20 ⇒ 18

Chaos barely won a long, devastating war. They were finally able to overwhelm the armies of Law, who were driven from their world. However, a majority of the Chaos forced were killed in the war, so they could not fully occupy the Lawful world.

The Forces of Law found a nearby world to settle on...it was the world of Neutrality...

It was after the First War the Force of Neautrality created it's own world, and it created neutral beings to live there in balance with nature. This world remained neutral while the other worlds fought each other.

It allowed the Lawful survivors of the Law/Chaos War to live in peace, as long as they made no attacks from the Neutral World. After a time, the forces of Law healed themselves and grew great with number. They built new ships, thanks their neutral hosts, and they left the Neutral World to make an attempt to retake their lost home.

The forces of Chaos remained on both worlds, so their numbers were divided. They were not aware of the coming attack. The Forces of Law had an advantage. They attacked, and in the end...

Law1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Chaos1d20 - 1 ⇒ (5) - 1 = 4

The Forces of Law had a victory! They drove off the army of Chaos from their world. It took an age to repair the damage that Chaos did to their world, and it took an equal amount of time for Chaos to recover from their loses. However, seeds of Chaos were planted on the Lawful World, and a part of Chaos would remain there for all time.

Thought fragments...

In the beginning, there was the Dream, and the Dream awoke and it became Flesh! The Dream said, "Let there be lights!" The Light broke through the Darkness, and the Dream called the lights Stars...

After the Colapse, wizards could no longer cast spells, and clerics could no longer call on their gods for miracles. There was a time of great strife as mankind had been reduced to savagery. It was called the Century of Chaos.

The ancient technology that had been long forgotten was "rediscovered".

A secret group discovered that fragments from the 9 moons could be implanted inside people, and they could access magic again. It was also soon discovered that there were people, like Sorcerers, who had magic in their blood. They could still cast spells.

There was also people who discovered objects that had divine enegry in them. With this objects clerics could perform miracles again.

Paris Hillton:

Princess Paris (5th level Noble)
She is a spoiled, bratty, stupid princess of the royal Hillton family. Paris loves nothing more than to go to elaborate balls, drink lots of ale, and smoke "Halfling Weed". Her father wants to marry her off to a prince, any prince, but she is too wild to allow that.

Unforunately for Paris, soon she will be too old to marry off, and her father will have no choice but to send her away to a convent. Paris knows about this, but she doesn't believe that her father will send her away from his castle. What she doesn't understand is that King Hillton really has no choice. Stories are spreading that he can't control his daughter, and it is making him look weak.

I actually left and then went back to work late. I'll probably be working until 8:30 PM. This is insane! I guess that is the point I am trying to drive home here, the insanity of work and life itself. For thouands of years men, and women, have tried to express that insanity through philosophy, religion, music, books, songs, etc. Why not do it through D&D?

I propose a new base class called, "The Worker". I guess he could be the similar to the Expert class, or Commoner, but he is somewhere inbetween. Maybe he is more useless than that. How does a campaign world fit into this concept of working? My Brain is Numb from Work...and it is growing more numb...
