Yes she was the goddess of love, beauty and passion. But also the Goddess of marriage. So while she was very chaotic at times and a bit vain and flighty, she also very well understood binding oaths and life long commencement. she would not be a Goddess to just ignore you breaking such a deep oath.
She sounds like Shelyn, to be honest. Kind of like how Kurgess feels like Kord for some.
