The warlock looks absurdly smug as he obliterates an ally. Lureene's thoughts are hers alone.

Female Tiefling Warlord/Infernal Strategist 18

Arishat: 44/81 hit points.

"Come on, Tavar. No dying on the job." Arishat manages to sound unusually cheerful about it. She slips past Lynore and swings at the Shade from beyond it's reach. "Come on then, let's take this thing down!"

Minor action, Inspiring Word on Tavar, restores healing surge plus 2d6 ⇒ (4, 3) = 7 hit point. Edit: 1d6 ⇒ 2 more
Move action, Move through K8 (difficult terrain of some sort I know), J7 to K6
Standard, Stand the Fallen, attack 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (14) + 17 = 31. damage 3d10 + 9 ⇒ (8, 7, 6) + 9 = 30, on hit all allies within 10 can spend a healing surgeand regain an additional three hit points.

Not difficult terrain to you, Arishat, only to enemies.

Arishat shows exactly why she's a warlord as her clarion tones ring across the battlefield and drag Tavar firmly back to his current lifetime.

Her attack doesn't just restore her allies. It bloodies the Shadow form of the vile thing they've been fighting as well. Even so, it's power remains great as she feels the necrotic shadows curling around her feet.

2d8=10
10 damage to Arishat from Zone of Shadow

Lynore laughs, even as more life drains from her and moves easily to flank with Barel. Dropping another shroud on the Shadow, she stabs deeply.

Shadow Storm (AC). Gets an additional +5 for adjacent creatures and CA, plus she invokes the three shrouds.
1d20+20=33.
1d8+16=20, plus 3d8=10 for 30 damage total

The last archers advance on Thom, three of them firing at the wizard and the two stragglers making their way up the room for a better view.

Standard Action, Thunderwave Close Blast 3

Clever Control +2d6 ⇒ (2, 2) = 4 damage with close or area attacks target 2 or more creatures, and only hit one.

@RevDM: I know this is late, but the Shadow is in difficult terrain, and it should not be able to shift. Did I miss something and/or am I too late to do anything about it?

Barel - go for it. That's entirely my fault.
For some reason the map didn't accept my colour update to the Shadow. It's bloodied.

Thom - Lureene can't shift, but she's targeting A14, since it's closest.

Thom tries, and fails to blow the archers into oblivion and in doing so takes his eyes off Lureene for a moment. Bored with the warlock, the succubus looks for fresh worlds to conquer.

Kidlat then moves to G6.

SA will receive 32 points in total if hit.

Holding for Barel before I resolve your action, Kidlat.

basic melee attack: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (11) + 16 = 27 Damage: 1d10 + 11 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 11 + 3 = 20

Barel's attack is reinforced by Kidlat and with an abrupt inrushing of air, the Shadow collapses in on itself, gone for good this time. Now only the remnant minions and a single warlock stand between you and complete victory.

Barel feels the power of the earth and stone well up within himself and makes a move for the warlock back on the top of the wall. His long limbs shrink, and his body becomes covered in a thick layer of ice. He charges the warlock and tries to strike a true and mighty blow with his craghammer.

As Barel hurtles across the room, ice forms around him and the warlock find himself inextricably caught up in the wintry blast. Bloodied for an instant, the worst wounds close over and he swings his longsword into the warden. Fire meets ice and the blade finds a way through the dwarf's defenses.

Hit Points, 34/81 Mood, (possibly prematurely) victorious

"Now we have them." Seeing Tavar still on the floor, and Barel doing a good job with his warlock, Arishat moves protectively between the falling cleric and the nearest enemy. Realising she can remove a threat to the wizard at the same time, she swings at the archer menacing him.

Move, to H6
Standard, Viper's Strike targeting A1 (has he really survived the whole battle?) Attack 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (19) + 17 = 36, damage [1d10+9], effect: if the target shifts before the start of my next turn Kidlat can take an OA at it - so if I don't get it, Kidlat will OA it.

Amazingly, yes. A1 survived from the start. I had a small bet with myself that he might be the last one to fall as well.

Arishat picks her way across the floor and neatly removes an archer. She definitely has the air of one tidying up at the end of the day.

With much the same idea, Lynore casually removes another archer.

Almost correct. Both zones affect only enemies. The ice zone follows me. The other zone forms burst one in the square the hit enemy was in and stays in those squares until the end of the encounter. Sorry, I should have described them better.

Got it. Thanks for the clarification.

Thom - if I'm understanding this right, she can target anyone she hasn't already dominated. Barel was attacked by her earlier, but the attack missed. Have another go. Oh - and let me know if I've got it wrong.

Rev DM, according to this, Intrinsic Nature: If you haven't given the succubus any commands by the end of your turn, it shifts 1 square and attacks the nearest enemy within range that is not dominated. In addition, you are dazed until the end of your next turn. so it would seem to be Lureene would only attack Thom's enemies

Symbiosis: While the summoned succubus is present, each creature you hit with a basic or at-will attack takes a -4 penalty to attacks rolls made against you until the end of its next turn.

Thanks. Succubi are new to me :) She's fun to see in action though (and a lot of fun to write as well).

Left to her own devices, Lureene looks thoughtfully around and spies the warlock. Scrambling up the dais towards him, she offers the promise of a hellfire seduction the like of which even he has never imagined.

Rev DM, FYI, Once a creature has been dominated, the target cannot be dominated by the succubus again this encounter. I believe Lureene already dominated him, so she will shift and dominate the nearest target A6

Standard action: Ranged 5; targets one creature; Intelligence 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (6) + 14 = 20 vs. Will; 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 damage, and the target is dominated until EOMNT.

Tavar stands up moves to H11 and fires off a Lance of Faith at the last wizard.

Attack vs reflex, 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (20) + 15 = 35, damage = 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11 radiant
And barel gets a +2 attack on the wizard EONT.

Edit: crit damage = 17 radiant + 3d6 ⇒ (3, 3, 5) = 11 cold damage

If the wizard goes down I will use my black feather's power and inflict 3HP cold damage on A6.

Male Dwarf Warden/16

Barel nods at Tavar appreciatively, and looks uneasily at Lureen. He then swings him hammer at the warlock again.

Sorry for the delay all, the boards were inexplicably slow last night.

By my book, if that's the only ranged attack she has, it's her basic. The only drawback is that she can't dominate a creature she's already dominated I believe. She can do the damage though. Does that sound fair?

Arishat, 16/81hp, well bloodied

Arishat looks around for the remaining enemies. One dropped off the platform, and is out of sight. One of the archers is at the end of the platform, probably too far to charge, or at least she's feeling battered enough not to want to. Another, ah yes. She moves towards it.
