Barel again ignores the Warlock beside him, despite the bitter blows it landed last time...he must get back to his buddies to help. He takes a few deep breaths to heal himself (and feels much better for it), drops his throwing hammer over the edge of the platform (making a note in his brain to pick it up later), and moves off the wall to charge one of the Bone warriors.
Edit: Barel also screams loudly as he is charging to try to draw fire from some of the other archers and warriors. "I'm coming for you...fight me, if you have the guts, but I see none of you have guts in those bones of yours!!!"

That takes into account her tiefling fire resistance (11), so the Warlock's attack only did 17.
Arishat winces as the warlock hits her. Although she'd like nothing more than to take advantage of her previous attack on the Shade, the warlock is also a danger. Also, Lynore seems to be wavering rather strangely even in her shadowy form. She strikes the warlock hoping to finish him, while screaming, "Pull yourself together." in Lynore's direction.

Arishat shouts as the healing washes over her. "Thanks, Holy One." She grins fiercely at the Shade. "We killed you once and we can do it again." She twists her spear as she linges at the undead creature, trying to pin it in position or at least set up a strike for Barel if it tries to move.
Viper's Strike, attack 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (10) + 24 = 34, damage 1d10 + 13 ⇒ (5) + 13 = 18, effect on hit, if the target shifts before the start of my next turn it provokes an opportunity attack from Barel.
Holding off Lead the Attack till next round. Hopefully it's give another round with a big attack bonus.

Being dazed, I can't take opportunity actions or immediate actions. Hopefully he doesn't move prior to my turn and hopefully I successfully save vs dazed. If he cooperates, then I will (try to) whallop him something fierce. I have one more big hit power that is an immediate interrupt if he melee attacks someone else instead of me.

It's a Heal check, DC15 to stabilise someone who is dying or DC10 to let them use their secodn wind. I have one Inspiring Word left, and Stand the Fallen is an attack power that lets allies within 10 spend a healing surge if I can hit with it - which I certainly plan to.

Barel shakes his head to free himself of the ringing in his ears from the Shadow's previous attack. After succeeding to clear his mind, he calls the Shadow's attention to himself again. Next he swings at the shadow, and then shifts (hopefully just out of reach of the shadow). Finally, he readies himself for the potentially long battle, now that Tavar is down..."Great job Kidlet, protect Tavar and see if you can rouse him. Now lets see if we can take this Shadow down!"
